Pricing

We are experienced in all aspects of the conversion process so we can provide you with an accurate estimate for the work you want.

We will discuss your options and budget with you before we start and can review any plans you have had prepared.

Once you have accepted our estimate there will be no hidden costs, any alterations you make from then on will be discussed and budgeted with you before making any changes

Design and build

We can work with your current plans or we can recommend an architect who can produce plans to your specification.

We will ensure that your conversion is completed using the correct materials and skills to ensure you are delighted with the finished product.

Project Management

We will be responsible for ordering materials of the correct specification for your job at the correct time. The materials used will be in-keeping with your current property and you can specify what finish you want to achieve.

Our foreman and project manager will oversee our in-house team, who will undertake all aspects of the build.

If your plans include any specialist sub-contractors we can appoint them too. This will be agreed when we provide the estimate so you remain in control of the whole project.

We carry out garage conversions throughout the Bath, West Wiltshire and Mendip areas.
